Refund Policy

1 General Provisions
This document governs the refund procedure for online card payments for services of the Radiological Data Center (hereinafter — RDC) processed through the internet acquiring service of Ak Bars Bank PJSC.
Payments are accepted via bank cards of MIR, Visa, and Mastercard payment systems. Payment processing is carried out through the secure processing centre. Card details are not transmitted to or stored on RDC servers.
2 Refund Conditions
A refund is available in the following cases:
- •The service was not provided due to reasons attributable to RDC (technical failures, inability to process the study).
- •The customer cancelled the order before the service commenced (before the materials were transferred to the radiologist).
- •A duplicate payment occurred (double charge for one order).
No refund is issued if:
- •The service has been fully rendered and the completed report has been delivered to the customer.
- •Cancellation was requested after the radiologist started the interpretation.
3 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact RDC via one of the following methods:

Please include the following information:
- •Order number (stated in the payment confirmation).
- •Full name of the cardholder and contact phone number.
- •Reason for the refund request.
- •Last 4 digits of the card used for payment (for identification purposes).
4 Refund Timeframes
Once the grounds for a refund are confirmed:
- •The request is reviewed within 3 business days.
- •Funds are returned to the card within 30 banking days from the date the request is approved. Actual timing depends on the cardholder's issuing bank.
The refund is credited to the same card used for the original payment. Cash refunds are not available.
5 Payment Security
All payments are processed through the secure page of Ak Bars Bank PJSC processing centre:
- •TLS/SSL encryption — all data is transmitted over an encrypted connection.
- •3D-Secure technology — additional payment confirmation via a one-time SMS code from your bank.
- •PCI DSS compliance — adherence to the international payment card data security standard.
- •Card details (number, CVV/CVC) are not passed to or stored on RDC servers.
